Value for money Wonderful front desk staff, very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms with lockers and also clean bathroom. Bed was comfortable. 24hr access, not that I needed it. Lucky to get a kitchen, although a couple more smaller saucepans would be good.

Friendly CUSTOMER SERVICE … that’s what makes a hotel. Since our arrival at the front desk to our departure, the staff was great. Especially “Mia” at the front desk, she’s so helpful from giving us pointers on weather, places to see and where to go. The friendly smile of the staff even the one working throughout the whole night. Thank you

Great location, great staff The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in the center and the staff was quite helpful. We checked in before arriving and got some great tips from Eneo at the reception and had no difficulties during our stay.

Beyond expectation Beyond my expectations! I stayed in a 4-bed room where everything was comfortable, including the provided bed linen and towel. The breakfast was average but not bad. The location was perfect, really close to the station and main attractions. What impressed me the most, however, was the front desk staff, especially Eneo. He is by far the most professional and polite front desk staff I have ever encountered, especially in a hostel. If I return to Oslo, I would love to stay here again.

Great Hostel The Location is simply perfect. the common areas are spacious and nice. The best is the staff special mention to Mr. ENEO from reception who is always kind and helpful, he offers the best service and attention to the guests. Breakfast from the hotel is also a good option if you don't want to use the kitchen, there is available a variety of options.

Great experience Stayed here for two nights. The staff were very nice. The reception was lovely and welcoming. Nice place to chill out. The room was very clean. The toilet and shower room too. It is close to central station and a 10/15 minute walk to many attractions. Definitely recommend this place.
